I believe clear communication is the key to having a great working relationship. I provide regular updates throughout the project — typically once or twice a week — and I’m always available for quick check-ins or questions along the way. You’ll never be left wondering where things stand.
Most of my services include unlimited revisions within the scope of the package, while some have limited rounds of revisions. However, my goal is always to make sure you’re 100% satisfied before final delivery.
Yes! Once the project is complete and paid for, you’ll have full ownership rights to the final files.
Absolutely. Once your designs are approved, I’ll deliver properly formatted, print-ready files that you can send directly to the printer of your choice.
You’re welcome to purchase as many hours of ongoing support as you need at my standard rate of $95/hour. This flexible option lets you get help with updates, new pages, design tweaks, or additional assets as your business grows — all while staying in control of your budget.
Timelines vary depending on scope. Small projects like a set of social graphics may take just a few days, while larger website builds or branding projects typically take 2–6 weeks. We’ll establish a clear timeline during your consultation.
A Shopify site gives me a strong starting point with a template I can customize for your brand. A non-eCommerce site, on the other hand, has to be built from the ground up, which naturally takes more time and effort.
I build complete Shopify and non-eCommerce websites. I’ll make sure your site is not only beautiful but also functional, user-friendly, and mobile-ready.
No problem — if your project requires more time than the hours included in your package, you can easily add extra hours at my standard rate of $95/hour. I’ll always keep you updated on progress so there are no surprises. Additional hours will need to be purchased before I continue working on your project.
Clients may cancel within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund. After that, no refunds are available, since consultation and design work will have begun.
