Terms of Service
1. Scope of Work
All projects begin with an agreed-upon scope outlining deliverables, timelines, and pricing. Any changes or additions to the scope may require a revised estimate or additional fees.
2. Payment Terms
All payments are required in full up front through the website before any work begins. No project will be started until payment has been successfully received. Final files will be delivered only after the project is completed and approved by the client.
3. Revisions
Each project includes a defined number of revisions specified in the agreement. Additional revisions beyond the allotted amount may be billed at my standard hourly rate.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide timely feedback, content, and approvals to ensure the project stays on schedule. Delays in client responses may result in adjusted timelines.
5. Ownership & Rights
Upon full payment, final approved deliverables become the property of the client for their intended use. I retain ownership of all preliminary concepts, unused drafts, and working files unless otherwise agreed. I may display completed work in portfolios or promotional materials unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.
6. Cancellations
Clients may cancel services within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 48 hours, no refunds will be issued, as consultation and project work will have already begun. Please contact me to request a cancellation.
7. Confidentiality
All client information, assets, and communications are kept confidential and used solely for project purposes, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
8. File Delivery & Formats
Final files will be delivered in agreed-upon formats, including working files where applicable.
9. Liability
I am not liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from the use of delivered materials after client approval. The client is responsible for verifying accuracy, legality, and compliance before public use. I do not use stolen, copyrighted, or illegal assets. Everything I create or source for your project is properly licensed, original, or legally obtained.
10. Communication
Email is the primary communication method unless otherwise arranged. Project updates and approvals must be provided in writing.
11. Acceptance of Terms
By hiring or engaging in my services, the client agrees to these Terms of Service.
